Over the years, Kenya’s producers have developed a well-earned reputation for excellent tea husbandry, making great use of the region’s climatic conditions and excellent soil. We love these teas, both for their impeccable character and for the fact that they are grown by farmers with a keen eye for social responsibility and love of the environment that sustains them.

Kenya Zebra Sencha

Produced from a Japanese varietal; grown on plots with pH levels comparable to Sencha farms in Shizuoka. Steamed before undergoing finishing, the final cup is bright with notes of grass, moss, honey and delicate seaweed. Incredible.

Tasting notes: Innovative cup from Kenya. Light Japanese green tea notes with floral accents and an exceptionally smooth finish. Rare leaf from the Tuscany of Tea.
